How do I use a gift voucher to book?

You can use a Spa Experience gift voucher by contacting the spa directly. Gift voucher codes are applied at the time of the booking. You may be asked to provide credit or debit card details for security, but no payment will be taken if covered by the card.

If you are booking yourself for the first time the system will require you to add a credit card, and £1 will be required to verify it, the £1 will be returned and if you have a gift card to secure your booking, the credit card will not be charged unless a partial balance needs to be applied to pay the booking in full.
