Spa Etiquette - Key Reminders

To preserve a tranquil and welcoming space for everyone:

• Arrive early to relax and acclimatise to the environment.
• All guests must complete a health questionnaire before having a treatment.
• Thermal Spa sessions are limited to 2 hours.
• To maintain a peaceful environment, we kindly ask guests to keep noise to a minimum while using the relaxation lounge.  
• Swimwear must be worn at all times in the spa.
• No food, smoking, alcohol, shaving.
• No Product use (except in showers cubicles).
• Do not use the spa after waxing or spray tan.
• Be dry when entering the lounge or reception.
• Do not use phones, cameras or devices within the spa.
• Do not use the spa if you feel unwell
• Drink plenty of water and notify staff if you feel unwell.
• Under 16s are not permitted to use the spa facilities.
• Guests are responsible for their locker key – lost keys are charged at £10.
• We reserve the right to refuse service in cases of inappropriate behaviour.
• When provided a thermal bag it is your responsibility that the contents must be returned in its entirety to the spa reception at the end of your session. Any items which have not been returned will incur a charge as follows;
  • Spa Robe - £35
  • Spa Towel - £15
  • Spa Flip Flops - £10
  • Spa Bag - £5
  • Padlock / Wristband - £10
• Depending on location, towels may only be provided for Thermal Spa usage
